The theme of this show is construction & truck models or related items.  This includes models/toys and also related memorabilia such as books, videos, literature with a construction or truck theme.

We will be advertising this show heavily with advertising in toy and model magazines, contractor magazines, trucking magazines, direct mail campaigns, toy shows, model related websites, construction and truck related web sites, local newspapers and radio.

Table types available:

• Dealer tables - allow you to display your items and sell them
• Display tables - for display only and not for selling or advertising - free included floor rights for early entry into show.
• Custom modelers who wish to display there models can also share table space.  We will have an area where you can place your models for others to see.  There will be limited display space behind glass for people wishing to bring a few models for display.

Dealers & displayers will be allowed to unload on Friday night.  Display racks and such may be set up but not models.  This should allow you more time for setting up on Saturday morning plus a lot less work to do.

Dealers or displayers who will be flying in to Buffalo and would like to ship their products in may do so.  We can store your cartons/crates at the warehouse of Buffalo Road Imports and will bring them to the show for you.  We can also arrange return shipping.  Please contact us prior to shipping.

Dealers who wish to demonstrate their working models are invited to operate them in our pits or drive them around on the floor.  We will have designated space for working models.  No additional charges for the working areas.

Display tables will be for dioramas, custom models and related.  We will have a separate form for display tables.  This is your chance to show off your hard work.  There will be no selling or advertising on display tables.

We have limited space available for booth setup if you prefer a booth.  Please contact us for availability and requirements.

Electrical Service is available.  Please let us know if you require electrical service.
